To help manage the traffic flow and cut down travel time during the busy holiday season, temporary changes to the access/operating times of several community gates in Brgy Kapitolyo will be implemented from December 1-31, 2025. 

This month, the following gates in Barangay Kapitolyo will be open

From 05:00AM - 01:00AM of the next day:

1. West Capitol Dr/Fairlane St. 

2. Pioneer St./United St.

3. Brixton Gate

From 05:00AM - 11:00PM

1. East Capitol Dr./ Sta. Monica St. 

2. Pioneer St. / San Rafael St. 

24/7 Open (as is)

Shaw Blvd/ West Capitol Dr. (Main Gate)

These adjustments were made following a dialogue and have been officially agreed upon by the Traffic and Parking Management Office and the Barangay Government of Kapitolyo.
