00:49-07:50: Post-Election Acknowledgments

- Mayor Vico thanked everyone for understanding why the City officials, including himself, were unable to attend the start of the ceremony, as they had just come from the proclamation at Rizal High School. With a light tone, he excused their appearance, noting that they had been awake for over 24 hours. He extended heartfelt thanks to everyone for their support.

- He acknowledged and expressed gratitude to all who contributed to the successful conduct of the 2025 National and Local Elections. He commended the City Treasurer’s Office for their exceptional performance and dedication, particularly their overtime efforts during the elections.

- He also recognized the Office of General Services, especially the Building Maintenance Section, which conducted rounds even in the early morning hours.

- Mayor Vico extended his thanks to the Traffic and Parking Management Office and the Peace and Order Department, who worked closely together but could not attend the ceremony as they remained deployed in schools and precincts.

- He also acknowledged the efforts of the following offices during election operations: the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the City Health Department, the Human Resource Development Office, the Management Information Systems Office, and the Clean and Green Unit.

- He noted that several other offices, although not mentioned individually, were part of the Incident Management Team, which involved approximately 2,700 employees working together to ensure the success of Halalan 2025.

- He also thanked the national government agencies for their support: the Bureau of Fire Protection-Pasig, the Philippine National Police-Pasig, and the Department of the Interior and Local Government-Pasig City Field Office. He emphasized that these agencies remained on duty, as not all election activities had concluded.

- He gave special thanks to the Commission on Elections, acknowledging that the elections would not have been possible without their efforts. He also expressed appreciation to the City Government’s partners, from national agencies to election officers.

- Mayor Vico extended thanks to anyone he might have inadvertently missed, underscoring the collective team effort. He acknowledged the contribution of the Department of Education, including teachers, principals, and non-teaching staff, who assisted with operations. He apologized for any omissions, noting the vast number of contributors to the election's success.

He also thanked the Office of the City Mayor, Office of the City Administrator, barangay officials, and media partners, all of whom played key roles in ensuring a peaceful and honest election.

- Mayor Vico reminded everyone that his current term ends at noon on June 30, 2025, a little over a month away. He encouraged everyone to stay focused on their duties and to aim to end the term strong. He advised continuing with business as usual—getting things done, and if possible, performing even better in the office and in programs and projects. He emphasized the importance of not just annual progress but daily improvement in the delivery of local government services.

- He congratulated all the newly proclaimed incumbents: Congressman Roman Romulo, Vice Mayor Dodot Jaworski, and the City Councilors.

- Mayor Vico announced that their inauguration is on June 30, 2025, where the newly elected officials will give a longer message.
