Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto addressed the following points during this week’s flag-raising ceremony:

00:01-00:11: Mayor Vico greeted everyone a good morning, after which he acknowledged the presence of City officials, department heads, and personnel from both local and national government agencies who attended the flag-raising ceremony.

00:12-01:44: GSIS Turnover of 2025 Seal of Protection Awards 

- Mayor Vico welcomed and thanked the guests from the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), led by their President and General Manager, Jose Arnulfo “Wick” Veloso. He thanked them for continuing to be a strong partner of the City Government of Pasig.

- Mayor Vico recalled that back in 2019, many of the City Government’s assets were not insured, which was terrifying if anything were to happen, although he expressed hope that no natural or man-made disaster would occur. He noted that these uninsured assets included buildings, vehicles, and other movable properties.

- The City Government of Pasig, led by the Office of General Services, with the help of the Office of the City Administrator and other city government offices, strived to have every asset of the local government insured, which Mayor Vico noted is mandated by law.

- Mayor Vico once again thanked GSIS for making the insurance process easy for the City Government.

01:45-01:55: Mayor Vico concluded his speech by thanking everyone and wishing them a good morning.
